Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow additional time for delivery where necessary.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship across the United Kingdom only.

Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery

• £4.99 for orders under £50
• Free Standard Delivery for orders of £50 or more
• Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Express Delivery

• £6.99
• Estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout where Express Delivery is available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, delivery location and circumstances outside our control.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, followed by the selected delivery service.

For Standard Delivery, the estimated total time from placing your order to delivery is generally 3–6 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be included in the email.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue. Please keep all packaging materials and the affected item until we provide further instructions.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather or other unexpected disruptions.
